Ocaium cares about protecting your data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

This site sells nothing online and shows no advertising. The data you entrust to us comes through the quote request form : your business type, your email, and the details you choose to share about your project. If traffic measurement is enabled on the site, it only runs after you accept it, as described below.

What it is used for

This data is used only to answer your request (a quote, a conversation about a service). It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Analytics and cookies

When enabled on this site, Google Analytics measures traffic: knowing how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and through which channel they arrive. This tool sets cookies on your device.

When analytics is enabled, these cookies are only set after your explicit consent. Until you accept, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is sent. The consent banner lets you accept or decline, and the cookies link in the footer lets you change your choice. If analytics is disabled, these controls are not shown and no analytics cookies are set.

When analytics is enabled, ad personalisation and Google Ads signals are switched off : this data serves traffic measurement, not retargeting. Google may process it in the United States, under the contractual safeguards covering that transfer.

Hosting and subprocessors

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and requests sent through the form are delivered by email using Resend. These providers may process your data in the United States, under the contractual safeguards covering that transfer. The fonts are self-hosted : no call is made to an advertising network or a social network.

How long

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or archived within a reasonable time.
